New driveway and boundary wall, leading to Indian Stone paving

The existing drive had a major drainage problem leading to the front and side of the property to flood in heavy rain.

The flooding problems were sorted out by a gully drain in the driveway. The paved area is lowered and has a gradient to allow the water to run away from the property. A main drain pipe running from the drive to an intermediate gully in the paving, which is then connected to a pipe leading into a soak away at the rear of the property. The soak away is hidden by a circular lawn, edged in brick.
